Dishwasher had a leak error. Code and when I pulled it out I could see that the inlet valve had a constant drip even when it was not running. A new valve was installed and there is no more leak.
Top rack is just not lining up correctly unless you move it around but there is nothing wrong with the slide rail set or the rails on the inside of the dishwasher. Customer is just going to keep adjusting and not put more money into it due to age of appliance

DishWasher will fill but then won?t do anything else but drain and the motor just hums and goes on and off and the diverted keeps clicking. There was an error for the wash motor and a a 6-4 which has to do with the float switch I che led everything for that and cleaned the drain hose. Customer decided to get a new appliance since this is 8 years old.

Washer was would do everything but drain, checked belts and they were good but drain pump was bad. A new one was installed and washer is draining and working without issues

Dishwasher won?t move ff of auto but it also won?t start or drain. Breaker was turned off for 10 minutes to try and reset but it does the same thing. You are able to turn it on and it just flashes the time for the auto cycle but that it is and you can turn it off. I tried to switch the drain pump but it continues to do the same thing. A new board is needed but customer is going to get a new appliance due to this being 10 years old.

Tina arrived as promised and introduced herself. I went over our concerns with our 16 year old refrigerator. She got right to work and discovered that there was nothing to be done to fix our ice maker except replacing it. She also inspected the door seal, and discovered that the problem was not a bad seal, just a dirty one. She then checked out replacement parts prices, and gave them to me. Based on the age of the appliance, my wife and I declined the ice maker replacement. Tina is a total professional! Hang on to her.
