About a year ago a tech came out to fix my stove. His name was Jamie. Super helpful and honest. My stove couldn’t be saved. Fast forward a year. I buy a new stove and have them come out to hook it up. The tech came in and recognized my cats. Jamie again. This guy bent over backwards to get this stove hooked up for me. My gas like wasn’t up to date and didn’t fit my curt applianc. He didn’t leave until he tested to make sure it worked. I finally have a working stove. Amazing customer service. Will definitely use them again

Jamie was the PERFECT service agent!!! He contacted me within the promised amount of time to let me know he would arrive at my house shortly. He QUICKLY diagnosed the problem with my refrigerator and explained my options. I told him I was VERY pleased with the company (including the scheduler on Friday night) and that I would plan to use Register Appliance Service again and to request him. He was VERY professional, polite and pleasant!!!
