Bottom of freezer covered with ice and leaking. Drain tube clogged. Verified defrost operation worked properly and evaporator had full frost pattern. Melted out ice and cleaned out drain tube. Verified water flowed correctly through tubing. Advised customer to keep ice maker because there is no water being input through the system and can cause the freezer to reach abnormally low temperatures.
