I thought Tina was great. She arrived when she said she would and she immediately went to work. She was focused on the job at hand and went about working on the refrigerator very methodically and efficiently. We had to ultimately replace the refrigerator; it wasn't practical or cost effective to fix our 9-yr old fridge based on the problem. But we had a heads up from Register Appliance before the visit that based on our description of the problem that they might not be able to fix the fridge so we had the option to cancel the visit, so we were prepared for that possibility. After Tina showed me the problem, she also suggested some possible replacement fridges to look into and gave me a $25 coupon for Orville's. We eventually purchased a new fridge and were able to use the $25 coupon and an additional $50 coupon from Orville's towards the purchase. Anyway, I thought Tina was great and would call Register Appliance again if we had a problem!

Tina was very professional and friendly. She diagnosed the problem, told me the cost and ordered the part that is needed. She will be returning when the part comes in to complete the repair and I look forward to seeing her.
