Shae gave excellent advice and service on our 10 year old refrigerator. He was extremely thorough, running a series of diagnostics to identify the problem. He ordered the parts which came quicklly and he replaced the part successfully. We’re thrilled - the place we bought it from wouldn’t even come - they just recommended buying new appliance.
