Everything is working good except the broiler igniter. The broiler igniter is faulty and would need to be replaced. I replaced the broiler igniter, ran and tested, the broiler is now working properly.

Customer took apart door himself and wanted us to reinstall the door as well when diagnosing unit viewed that the frame that holds inner and outer door was be by and that the outer door was missing a screw hole which would not allow the door to sit right if customer wants to go along with any repair would need outer door and frame

Jose was amazing! He quickly discovered the problem and stayed while I called Samsung to start a ticket for the warranty repair. He spoke with the Samsung rep in order to better describe the issue and what needed to be done. He even swept all the junk that had accumulated behind the refrigerator for me while I was on the phone. Amazing service and amazing company!
