Cx had a bad fuse causing the unit not to heat up went ahead and replaced fuse now unit is operating with in specs complete

Ran dryer empty and could not get vent light to come on with vent on and without vent. Only thing can come up with is blower wheel and belt worn and not blowing enough CFMs 01-15-25: Replaced blower wheel and belt ran without a load all is good ran dryer with load and all is running good.

Cx stated the unit would spit a f11 error code indicating there is a miss communication between the board showing that the board is unavailable to order. Did not replicate issue on site did do a soft reset inform Cx to monitor unit and if it doesn?t come back would recommend to replace igniter complete

Dryer vent completely clogged cleaned dryer and vent all is clean and running good.

Defrost thermostat bad and stuck open will need to be replaced was able to put a temp in until new one comes in. 01-02-25: Replaced defrost thermostat ran and tested all is operating good.
