Customer stated dishwasher was not draining when I got here there was water sitting in the bottom I hit the drain button and it drained without issue. I put in service mode and it went through all the cycles and drained. I then let it fill and run for a few and it drained without issues. Dishwasher is working the way it should. Long run vent cleaning done

everything but compressor is running and it?s cold to the touch. Compressor tastes good. I looked at inverter board and it?s not flashing, fuse is bad and it?s not sending voltage to compressor. Inverter board is being ordered Installed new board and compressor was getting voltage but compressor was still not turning on. I tried to put in force defrost and it still didn?t turn on. Customer are going to get a new fridge.

Installed new control board and dishwasher will beep when power goes back on but then the UI won?t work even though it?s getting the correct voltage but the UI still works when old board is installed. I?m ordering another main board and a UI 8/27installed new board and it still wouldn?t connect with the UI so I installed new UI and it still would not work. I put old board and old UI back in and it works except for the heating element which is good. Customer said she is just gonna use it without heat for now then get a new Refund will be given for control board

Cx unit was not heating went ahead and replaced heating element now u it is operating with in specs also replaced maintenance kit complete

Dryer: heats but takes a long time to dry the cloths. I took dryer apart and tested all components and they were all good. I cleaned out lint trap which was clogged and vacuumed out inside of dryer. Then did a short run vent cleaning. Washer: cleaned out filter and all around gasket sick had clogged in it and lots of dog hair build up. Dishwasher: was not drying dishes due to heating element not coming on but there was no model number and the kick plate was MIA that had the tech sheet. When I?d put in service mode the UI would light up but not go into service mode and the clean light just stayed lit and gave no codes. I took door off and tested board and the board is getting 120VAC and the element has continuity so a new board is needed. One was ordered and I Will be going back on Friday to install.
