Whirlpool Washer
The information that I communicated to the office personnel was not accurately given to the technician. When I tried to explain the issues it was looking like the same problem as I experienced previously along with an added noise. This caused some confusion and what I perceived was frustration and rudeness taken out on me, as if the problems with my washer were my fault. One of the two problems was rectified according to the information and the code registering on the whirlpool washer. Given that I spent almost $400 on one service -and would need another (transmission replacement) I was not going to continue services on this washer.
