Customer states oven not heating properly. Found igniter only pulling 3.03 amps. Replaced igniter, tested and pulling 3.5 amps heating properly

washer will randomly throw a 4C error which is a water supply issues. customer took water line off and cleaned out valves and she said hey we?re pretty dirty but code is stop happen on random cycles but she said it?s seems to be when hot water is needed but other times it works fine. i tested the valves and they all tested good but they were also getting 120V from board. i had in service mode and the hot water didn?t come on but it just flashed and never threw a code so i turned off and redid service mode and the hot water worked without issues. new valves are being ordered customer knows this may not fix but with valve getting 120V they should be working correctly. if this doesn?t work i let customer know she won?t have to pay for part just trip and labor and that she should then get a new washer because it would be a board issues 8/7 installed new water valve and there is no leak and no issues getting hot or cold water.
