Let me know 1/2 hour before arrival to service our refrigerator. Tina was knowledgeable and diagnosed the problem within 10 minutes of arrival. Tina also informed me of issues with using non- Samsung water filters and provided the correct Samsung water filter part number and where I could purchase it locally.
Kudos to Tina and her trainee.
