dryer was not spinning when i took top off the belt was still on and rollers are good. i held door switch and starts dryer and the motor just hums and when you turn drum with hand it starts running in its own. that is always a sign the motor is bad and gets locked up. customer is going to get a new dryer.

Needs a new main pcb board there is no power coming from the board to the compressor. I put the new board in and had power to the compressor it clicks at the compressor makes a noise but nothing happens. I tried a couple times but nothing. I got a new error code this time and it was flashing 4 times. That code is a locked up compressor.theyre going to call Samsung it?s only 4 yrs old and has a 10yr warranty on the compressor.

I replaced the bake igniter. It wasn?t getting hot enough to trigger the gas to come on properly. I ran and tested afterwards and it heated up to temp perfectly.

Needs a new ice maker. Not going to fix.
