Replaced heater thermal and checks ok

Replaced the lid lock and tested the machine it fills rises drains and spins.

Clamp was loose . Customer is going to replace the hose.

Complaint of noise from dryer when in use and not in use. Not in use noise is ticking from timer motor. This noise is normal when timer not in off position. Ran unit and debris in vent is heard. Removed a screw from blower housing. Customer states dryer was not used since last service call. Cleared debris with no service as a courtesy due to proximity of last call. Customer advised venting still testing poorly and this can cause debris build up and is a fire hazard. Customer to follow up with building maintenance.customer advised maintenance can speak with me if they have any questions.
