The service was fantastic I called on Monday afternoon and they sent Sam out Tuesday morning. Sam was very courteous and respectful of my home. He was on time and very thorough with his diagnostics of the issue with my refrigerator/ freezer He told me what the issue was gave me an estimate and rough estimated day the parts should be in. The office confirmed the parts availability, and the day they should be in and scheduled me at that time. Sam showed up on Thursday morning. He replaced the necessary parts that were ordered. When he completed the repair, verified it was fixed properly. I was very satisfied with my complete experience with Register Appliance Service I will definitely call them the next time I need service on any of my appliances without hesitation.
