Sam was great. Polite, efficient, knowledgeable and personable. He was here the same day we called for our washing machine. After testing, he determined the issue was part of a recall that we were unaware of. Instructed us how to handle it. Before leaving he asked if we had any other appliance issues. He looked at our dishwasher that wouldn’t lock. Ordered a new latch and will be back to replace the part. We recommend Register Appliance and if you’re lucky to get Sam we think you will be more than satisfied.
