Our technician was very polite and knowledgeable. However, I was assuming that because their website included services for Samsung refrigerators, that he would be able to positively determine the reason for failure and the exact cost of repair. He did give me his honest visual diagnostic. We went on his $ advice and are purchasing a brand new refrigerator
