What is the brand?: Samsung Additional Details: I have a Samsung French Door Refrigerator, Model RF23HCEDBSR/AA, Serial # 0ALT4BBK702538X, with manufacture date of July, 2018. The unit was brand new in the house I purchased in 2021. The ice machine no longer works, and now the refrigerator and freezer are not as cool as they should be. I have reached out to Samsung because of the class action lawsuit, but they are not willing to provide me with any help.

Denam did an excellent job of making sure our refrigerator was back to its full potential after making the necessary repairs. He took extra care to make sure our satisfaction was achieved. I would welcome Denam back if another appliance repair is ever needed.
