Kyle was great. Professional and worked hard to find the problem. Unfortunately two fixes weren’t the correct ones. We ultimately needed to buy a new refrigerator.

Even though it was not repairable we were very happy with the service provided by Kyle.

The service Kyle and Sam provided was excellent but there I’m still in the dark as to whether my freezer is at end of life. One surprise was that Kyle and maybe Sam could not test for the status of the freezers Freon. They do not carry the necessary equipment and are not qualified to test or refill a freezer. It seems to me that if you are going to have techs diagnose and repair appliances such as refrigerators and freezers then those techs should be qualified to do the diagnostic and possibly refill a system. Now if I want to find out if that is an issue with my freezer I will have to have another service call. Right now I am of the opinion based on my three visits that some charges should be refunded to me. Almost $400 dollars charged and I’m no closer to an answer as before

I would not hesitate to recommend Register Appliance Service to my friends and family. Everyone I had contact with was polite and professional. My technician, Kyle, texted me to introduce himself and to let me know when he was on his way. He was on time, efficient and knowledgeable.
