You came and fixed the dryer for over 300+ dollars. The next day it wasn’t working so you came back and charged another $170 to get it going again. You sold them on a dryer vent cleaning for $140 which wasn’t necessary and I had told the lady I spoke to that it wasn’t needed but you just kept up selling. I wasn’t there at the time of the service, but I would’ve declined. Anyway, would never recommend your company to anyone. You took advantage of an elderly man who didn’t have a clue about what was going on, and didn’t listen to me who is his power of attorney to not do the vent cleaning.
