Complaint of no operation and flashing lights. Reproduced complaint. Power cycled unit and same result. Flashing lights indicating a short in key pad. Inspected key pad for silver migration and found none. Un plugged key pad and plugged back in. Unit now testing good. If issue repeats order W10298385 With tier 2 labor. Corrosion on connectors can cause interruptions in low voltage circuits. Reconnecting the ribbon scraped off corrosion.
