Cooktop burner on light will randomly stay on so I tested all the switches and the contacts all have continuity when switch is on and no continuity when it?s off so they are good. I turned on all the burners one at a time and let each one run individually for about 5-10 min to see if light would stay on once I shut them off and the light turned off every time. I was not able to recreate the issue but tenant said if it does stay on she flips the breaker to fix the issue. This range is 18 years old so if this issue continues then I?d suggest looking into a new one.

When you started dryer you could hear motor turn on but it was not spinning. I took dryer apart and due to this being 30+ years old there was a lot of lint and dust especially around the motor where it connected to blower wheel. I cleaned out all of the lint and removed blower wheel housing and cleaned that out then installed a maintenance kit and dryer is now running without issues.

customer stated she had garage refrigerator temp set to 4 which is the second coldest and when she got back from vacation the cans in soda in the FF section had frozen and burst. She turned temp down and put it on 3 which is the suggested setting. the temp in the FF is at 39? which is good. I explained that even tho it?s a garage ready fridge the temperature outside still affects it. i pulled up the use and care guide and showed her how the ideal temps for the garage fridge are between 38-110 depending on season and it states that when it?s between 38-54 to keep temp dial on 2. i explained with the cold temperatures we have been having and her having dial between 4 and 5 will absolutely cause freezing of items in the fridge.
