Removed old range and down draft , installed new kitchenaid with down draft in its place Venting did not match up so had to change venting configuration

Replaced bake element and checks ok

Compressor inverter board bad and will need to be replaced, replaced inverter board ran and tested all is cooling and running good.

Customer unit would not go into a spin mode when diagnosing unit seen that the clutch was broken apart and those broken parts caused the motor to crack as well customer would need (DC97-18439A) (DC93-00236C)

Found cold water shut off to washer, may have a plumbing issue as water can be heard running Same with dishwasher pex line under house is spit not allowing water to unit Needs plumber

Drain pump is installed needs a new drain hose installed on return trip.

Replaced dispenser assembly and checks ok

Fill tube not lining up with ice maker fill funnel causing water to splash out side. All parts are installed and working properly- possible liner bow or warp due to previous ice build up ? Installed fill tube extension so water is caught in fill funnel

If happens again will recommend water valve

Needs drum and basket No repair at this time

Installed touch boards ran and tested all is working good.

Replaced heater tower Tco kit and checks ok

Needs a new tub bearing. It?s growling badly. Going to need a new hub and seal.

Bearings in gearcase are bad causing motor to shutdown after to much resistance, gearcase will need to be changed.

Machine lid lock bad along with striker, motor and belt has bad windings. and all will need to be replaced. Please call if you decide to repair, total would be $686.93

There was a sock stuck inside the motor causing no spin unit works fine now

The speed queen dryer was noisy and had a shuttering sound. A new set of drum rollers was installed and the belt tensioner pulley. He ont lower roller was worn and vibrating. I also found a dry sheet in the blower fan wheel. That would def make the stuttering noise. Ran and tested good nice and quiet now. The kenmore dryer had a seized up drum roller. The belt tensioner pulley was making a lot of noise. The belt was worn and cracking it too was replaced.

Water line leaking and will need to be replaced, 4-27-23: Replaced water line ran and tested all is leak free and running good.

Unit had leaky inlet valve, replaced inlet valve and checks ok Left old part with customer

Replaced display Pcb and unit checks ok

Thermal coupler is burned up in the motor along with a couple of the wires. Needs a new motor. I vacuumed out the dryer and cleaned it all up. I replaced the motor. Reassembled the dryer and tested on normal and timed dryer. It ran 15 min each cycle no problem.

Customer unit is frozen frozen over and would need the ice maker kit to resolve her issue customer will be reaching out to Samsung to see if they will cover the repair if not will follow up with to get the job done

Defrosted ice room and replaced ice room defrost heater, thermistor assy Passes all diag mode checks

Gear and clutch package seized up No repair Estimate approx 515-535 plus tax and shipping would be due

Customers unit in the freezer was getting water build up on the bottom of the cavity when diagnosing the unit seen that the drain hole was frozen over had to use steamer to clean it up and get to the back and make sure the drain hose was cleaned out as well unit working with in specs complete

Replace semi rid vent and elbow tested unit no smell everything normal

Needs spin basket , rear tub and bellow

Ran dryer for over 20 minutes and all is quiet and running good.

Customer ice maker was not working informed customer she would need a ice maker kit installed customer stated she was going to go through Samsung to get her issue resolved complete

Ran washer through many cycles and can find nothing wrong

Replaced both freezer door slides tested all for seal and all is opening and closing good and sealing good.

Ran machine through full service mode all components check good ran machine through wash cycle all ran good can find no fault with washer.

Complaint of unable to start a cycle. Leading up to this noise during spin. Following stored errors: F7E7 unable to reach top speed F7E1 basket speed fault Ran auto diagnostic and cycles runs well till spin. Motor hums but no spin. Examined under unit and Gearcase has dropped oil. Unable to spin cam rotor. Gearcase seized. Broke through by spinning basket through top. Typical failed bearing noise present. Needs new Gearcase. Customer researching all options.

Customer has two bad infinite switch which are showing parts are unavailable due to how old unit is and manufacturer does not make the part any more customer will be exploring there options on getting a new unit

Complaint of unit leaking water onto floor through freezer door. Opened freezer and sheet ice present on floor of freezer cabinet. This ice formation is typical of a defrost drain tube blockage. Removed evaporator cover and defrost drain is iced over. Melted ice via steam. Water still not emptying down drain tube. Pulled unit out and removed drain tube from rear of fridge. Flushed tube in sink and sizeable dust/fur debris removed from drain tube. Customer advised this is not a failure of the part and the tube is critical to proper unit operation. Customer agreed to place part back into service so they can continue to use Fridge vs. removing the part to send via Fed Ex as instructed. Defrost drainage is part of normal operation for a fridge/freezer. As Hot/Cold exchange occurs at the evaporator, the warm moist air will condense and cause frost on the evaporator. The defrost element periodically melts this frost off the evaporator and the run off is intended to go down the drain hole/tube into a reservoir underneath the fridge where it then evaporates off of heat from the compressor. When this tube is clogged the Freezer will still continue to defrost. The run off builds and freezes into the drain pan under the evaporator and will eventually run off into the freezer cabinet and onto the floor. Typical defrost is 2-4oz of water and defrost runs typically every 8 hours. This frequency and volume increases when the Fridge/Freezer doors are opened. Once customer drain tube reinstalled it was tested by blasting steam in the opening in the freezer and steam can be seen exiting the front vent of the unit. Reassembled unit. Customer advised to let unit cool for 4 hours before opening doors to keep contents frozen.

Replaced icemaker and inlet assy on refrigerator and ice maker now cycles and fills Checks ok May take up to 24 hours to cycle and temps to equalize

Leak appears to be coming from main drain line under sink inside wall Customer would need a plumber

Can't find no faults with washer, ran through service test mode all work good, no error codes stored in computer, ran through quick wash cycle all is working good.

Entire fridge is warm, compressor is cold and making a rattling sound like something is loose inside of it.

Looks like someone replace the door switch but the wire nuts got lose replace 2 wire nuts taped it up and zip tied it to the unit

Icemaker is wrong part number in the right part number box will reorder and come back. 4/25 correct ice maker eas received and installed

Small burner not working, took range apart and part of the burner had a burn mark on it. Ordering new one and will return Tuesday 245.47 will be due upon return 4/25 installed new burner and all setting are working without issues

Customers agitator fell off, I was able to get it back on and ran a load and it?s working without issues.

Refrigerator is completely warm, customer had it unplugged for over 24hrs. It tested compressor and it?s not working correctly. Winding reading were good but the amp draw is not showing what it need to run correctly.
