Complaint of garage freezer not getting cold enough. Measured 9 degrees in FZ and 37 degrees in FF section. Customer states garage climate controlled at 44 degrees in Winter. Verified unit is a garage ready unit. Per owners manual operating atmosphere for this unit is 36-110 degrees. Manufacturer literature does not specify operating temperatures, a typical freezer operates at -10-10 degrees Fahrenheit at any given moment. This unit does not have a thermostat to set the freezer at a particular temperature. All compressor run cycles are based on thermostat feedback in FF section. Temp difference between FF section and garage is so small that compressor does not need to run frequently causing temps above zero degrees in FZ.
