Measured 80 ohms through defrost circuit proving good thermal fuse, found element rated for 180 watts proving 80 ohms is a valid measurement. Measured resistance of defrost sensor at 26.84 k ohms. Manufacturer does not provide resistance ratings in service manual. Since sensor is not clearly open cannot prove/disprove sensor. Needs ACU and Evap sensor.
Replaced ACU and Evap sensor. Defrosted freezer and evaporator. Defrost drain tube and removed duck bill. Customer advised 24 hours before unit can be used like normal.

Particularly not completing cold water wash. Per manual cold water selection must be made with cold water wash, unit set to hot on arrival. Started a cold water wash and unit filled hot. Confirmed water supply not reversed. Unit is not programmed to override water temp selection on a cold water wash. Unit will sit until water temp sensor senses the hot water has cooled. Ran cold wash with temp selector on cold and unit completed wash without issue.
Customer clarified this is a no spin issue on any load? unit spins proper. Found unit is siphoning water out of slop sink back into machine. Raised height of drain line. Customer to repair slow drain in sink.
Dryer- Door switch has fused closed. Replaced door switch. Tested unit and unit tested good.

Customer advised heat from compressor operation cannot escape and will naturally flow to the door seals as they are the coldest spot in the kitchen. Inspected compressor and measured compressor temperature of 125 degrees. Customer advised 50 degrees over ambient is running warm.
