I replaced the main board and tested the unit it made it through a cycle no problem. The water sprayed into the different wash trays. No error came up for the pressure sensor.
Initial diagnosis was The error code is for pressure switch issue. The unit is draining fine. The unit doesn?t always spray water into the detergent tray. It also quits randomly and won?t finish a cycle. The audible noise for the key pad intermittently stops working.

Found some water in the bottom tray that was setting off the float sensor. I cleaned the water out and inspected for leaks. I did find one at the case break. The customer had taken it apart to clean and the water inlet cover wasn?t attached to the case break so water was leaking down into the tray. I installed that properly. I ran again for another 15 min and still no leak. It?s possible it?s just a build up of condensation because I don?t see any signs of dripping or leaking.

Unit was a laundry center and not a stacked unit. It doesn?t need a gear case there isn?t oil In The water. The problem is there is residue built up under the agitator and wash plate. That residue builds up and flakes off and gets into the wash. I added photos to show what we found. We cleaned the slime and grime off of the pieces that we could. I suggest once a month the customer runs a washing machine cleaner tablet through the machine to help prevent this in the future.

Complaint of warm temps. Measured 70 degrees in FF and 20 degrees in FZ. FZ Evap fan not running. Removed Evap cover and found frost pattern consistent with broken Evap fan motor. Since FZ compartment not at zero degrees unit will not attempt to cool FF section. When checking for DC voltage to Fan motor found piece of connector from the male end coming out of the liner is broken. No power to red wire. The harness and connector is buried into insulation and is not serviceable or sold. Cannot attempt a harness repair due to this. Advised customer contact GE customer service regarding irreparable unit to see if they can do anything for them.
