Did a short vent cleaning on Dryer washer will need vibration pads to avoid sliding on the floor. Customer will purchase and let us know to install.

Acccording to Samsung it needs an update for the ice maker. New board, heater icemaker and the clips. Here going to call Samsung to see if they?ll cover the repair.

Customer had propane off when I got there so once back on I tested for propane at all the orifices, line and connections and there was none. I turned a burner on to make sure I got a reading when one and tested went off so I shut it back off then waited a few and rechecked all parts that have propane going thru it and there was no sign of a leak. Short run vent cleaning done.

on the dishwasher will need a wash motor on the washing machine Just adjust the spin cycle to low on heavier loads

Unit is probably leveled ran unit with 3 towel spinning normal no leaks . customer education on spin cycle to avoid heavy vibration and shaking.

Oven display was set to Spanish changed to English along with temp was in c changed to F ran oven upto temperature and all is working good.

Installed new ge refrigerator gaskets on both ff and fz doors. Heated with hair dryer and let soak in hot water to form. May take 24-48 hours to form completely. The less doors are opened the faster they will form. Replaced gasket on dishwasher and dishwasher tests ok

She seems to think the dishwasher is about 15yrs old. It has very low water pressure. I checked the filter it looks ok. It looks like it?s going to need a new washer motor. $450 to repair she?s going to look at new units.

Removed lg dishwasher. Installed new Bosch electrical junction, new fitting and water line kit so that new dishwasher could be installed- mounted and hooked up all electrical and water connections and unit tests ok

dryer was heating just took more than one cycle to get dry. took apart and checked all components which are good so i cleaned he inside of the dryer out and did a vent cleaning.

Suspension rods are worn and will need to be replaced along with drive hub.

Cx not getting any voltage coming into the unit would need to get a electrician to come out complete

E3 error code on site. Inlet thermistor issue. The inlet thermistor is located on the heater assembly, and is not sold as an individual part. the heater assembly will need to be replaced. Replaced the element, ran and tested, no more error code on site, and the heat is fluctuating up and down properly.

Samsung refrigerator will need new evap cover with fan and new heater. Unit will need to be defrosted before repair can be completed due to major frost buildup.

Installed new drum rollers and a belt tensioner pulley. They were worn out and rattling badly.

Washer has worn belt, latch and timer is sticking at spin. Estimate approx 420.00 plus tax would be due on return visit if repaired. Parts would take 2 days to get in No repair at this time gerber will call if parts are to be ordered per maintenance.

The control panel and the main board have fire damage. Both parts would need to be replaced.

Unit main fuse blown checked all door switches and thermals all are testing good replaced fuse ran and tested all and all is running good.

Cx unit was leaking from cold water valve went ahead and replaced valve now unit is operating with in specs complete

Cx outlet was not reading correct causing unit not to turn on ran extension cord to another outlet and the unit is turning on and working properly also did a cleaning on the coils and made sure drain hole was open so the water can drain properly unit is now operating with in specs complete

I ran the software update. I took the dryer apart and tested all the sensors. I ran diagnostic mode everything should be working properly?still no heat. I found there?s only 120v at the outlet and there should be 240v to run the dryer. Here going to need and electrician.

Timer burnt out and took sintrifical switch on motor with it both will need to be replaced.

Ran dishwasher through service mode no stored error codes, computer was confused due to numerous button pushing after service mode all reset and is running good.

Dishwasher had an E25 error code and was not draining, the pump was making a loud sound so a new one was installed and it?s now draining without issues.

Cleaned out filter also made sure the pump was good and turned the water on all the way now unit is operating with in specs complete

Apt 222 needs cooling fan Estimate approx 210.00 plus tax would be due on return

Cx had broken wires on the bottom of the door causing auger and ice maker not to work informed Cx to contact many and see if they can cover parts also informed Cx on vent cleaning and was going to clean the short run them self complete

Replaced gas coils on dryer and made sure the unit was venting right and it is now operating with in specs Cx has a bad ice maker and would need to be replaced if wanting it fix

Unable to duplicate issue Ran quick wash, rinse and spin and filled to max level in service mode. Did find mushroom valve stuck in the down position - may bhave been splashing out back during spin out of cycle. Customer will have to monitor and see if issue reoccurs

The compressor is making bad noises when the unit calls for cooling. 3yrs old whirlpool will warranty the compressor .

Found plugged/ restricted water inlet valves and need to be replaced. Customer said they are having water issues and will call us to set up repair when they have the water issue resolved. Estimate is approx 228.00 plus tax due on return to repair

I cleaned out the drain hose in the back. I cleaned out the ice in the bottom of the freezer. It should be good to go. The hose was clogged up.

the agitator and basket were not spinning together as they should so a new hub was most likely needed. I went to take the agitator off but the nut would not come out so I filled the tub up with hot water and let it soak then it came unscrewed i tried to get the agitator itself off but that would not either but i got it loose somewhat so i let it soak again in hot water but it still would not move so if it fused to the gear case. a new washer is needed.

I cleaned the blower housing out and the fan area of the dryer. I replaced two of the worn drum glides. I cleaned the dryer vent it?s very very short.

Icemaker motor bad and inlet valve is leaking both will need to be changed to correct issue.

The way the vent is outside there is no way to get a brush in due to it being on a brick wall and customer decided to not have it just be replace.

dishwasher intermittently has an error code of over water level but currently it?s working. that issue is usually the care break but due to age and cost customer is going to keep using till it stops then just get a new appliance.

Removed clothing from blower wheel and unit is operational. Recommend customer have vent checked as it?s a roof top exit.

Washer has multiple errors all caused but a bad invert board but a drain pump is also needed. Customer is going to call GE and see if they will cover anything due to washer being less than 2 years old. Estimate was emailed and part notes will be in notes if she calls back for us to do this.

customer needed a new thermostat for the dryer but she wanted to just buy the part from us and her son was going to install it for her. Customer is aware that there is no warranty with us for part or trip since she bought part from us and didn?t have us install.

Unable to duplicate the issue. Possibility that drain line froze from past cold snap and caused overfill - let unit run cycle and told customer to call us if it acts up again

Put washer in diagnostic and when it came time to switch between agitate and spin the actuator was extremely loud and was not moving, a new one was installed and it?s working without issues. The agitator was also removed and cleaned along with the inside of the tub getting cleaned under where the agitator sits. Washer is working without issues.

washer makes a loud thumping noise when running but only during agitate. it goes thru all cycles and spins and drains without issues. customer decided due to majority of parts being NLA and it being 32 years old that she is going to get a new one.

Unit to temp apon arrival. Found faulty condenser motor, replaced and unit is running properly. Small chance compressor may have been compromised by faulty condenser, but is running and cooling on today?s visit. Compressor is not a repairable item.

The oven is not heating correctly. The igniter has 3.2 amps with is correct so then I was going to do hi and low but once the oven hot 350? and the igniter shut up 8t went down to 314? and just kept cycling. The igniter would turn on for 15 seconds then shut off for 10 seconds then back on and so forth and would never get back to the correct temp. I went to the back to check voltage and the igniter was getting 118VAC but the would go on and off and sometimes the voltage would be there when it was on and sometimes it would not. I then went to the main board which is suppose to send continuous voltage (120VAC) to the valve which then the valve send it to the igniter when needed but the hard is not sending it continuously like it?s suppose to so a new board is needed. This is a special order item so the customer knows thats nice it?s ordered it can?t be returned and this item it currently out of stock and customer was told that there is no set time of when we would be able to get it in. The invoice was closed and I nice board comes in I let customer know we will call to set up an appointment to install the board and at that time only the cost of Shipping, Part and labor will be owed. Estimate was emailed to customer

The dishwasher was way out of level. It isn?t installed properly under the counter. It?s needs mounting brackets. The problem is the floor is 1/2? drop to the sub floor. I cannnot get the dishwasher out from underneath the cabinet to install hardware kit. They?re going to probably need a contractor to get the dishwasher out and installed properly.

Installed dryer, ran and tested all and all is running good, installed washer customer supplied fill and drain hoses ran and tested all and all is leak free and running good.

Cx has a bad gearcase and would need to be replaced if wanting to get it resolved Cx stated that the unit would make a squeaky noise when in spin and the heavier the load the louder it would get

Dryer runs and heats u some but the heat goes on and off continuously and very quick. I tested the gas coils and they were bad so a new set was installed along with a maintenance kit and the inside was cleaned out. The outside part of the venting was completely clogged so that was cleaned along with an entire vent cleaning. Dishwasher needed a new board but is 10 years old so customer is going to get a new one.

Icemaker heating element bad and causing icemaker to stop, icemaker will only drop ice when unit goes into defrost mode and tray warms to let rakers dispense the ice and over filling, icemaker will need to be changed.

Cleaned vent at customer request and installed vent to how it was found, but appears vent has not been hooked to exterior vent fixture for a long time as lint is all over under drop ceiling - recommend contractor or vent wizard to properly install vent. - unit is not fully venting out side and needs to be repaired **

Found blower duct not seated on blower housing and leaking air. After farther inspection the lower frame and right side cabinet is warped / bent and does not appear to be repairable. No repair at this time recommend customer contact factory service or get new dryer

installed the new and correct board and fridge turned on without issues and customer had been getting an rF error since i was here last so i took back evap cover off in FF section and the fan was not plugged in so i plugged that in and they shouldn?t get the code again

Needs a new board it?s over filling and not stoping it will not drain and it doesn?t always recognize the door being shut.

Unit is stacked - will need two techs in future if unit has to be removed. Was able to replace element from the front and is now heating. Kitchen aid mixer as bad speed control Estimate approx 170.00 plus tax and shipping due to repalace- no repair at this time

Microwave light is on and when you set a cook time it will count down but it will not run or heat. I tested the fuse, for switches, TCO, Magnetron and Transformer and all those tested good so a new control board is needed. Due to age of appliance (15 years) the board is NLA so customer is going to get a new one.

Replace igniter could not test unit but I did take pictures of new igniter

Dryer door clip worn and swapped with reverse door one, all is working good, reattached dryer vent all is working good.

Le error code on site. The tub won't agitate or go into a spin cycle. The washer has a faulty motor speed sensor. I Replaced the motor speed sensor, ran and tested, the washer now agitates and spins properly. The washer passed the diagnostic test.

washer will only work on the delicate cycle, it will fill and wash on the other ones but won?t rinse or spin and drain. a new timer is needed but due to age of appliance (26 years) the timer is NLA so customer is going to get a new one. Short run vent cleaning done

Both nuts on the agitator were loose, therefore the agitator was not having a tight spin, seemed wobbly. The agitator coupling nut won't go back in place. It will need to be replaced. I replaced the agitator coupling since it was damaged. Ran and tested, the washer no longer has a strong vibration when it's in a spin cycle.

The dryer won't go into a cycle on site. The dryer blower fuse did not pass the continuity test. The blower fuse will need to be replaced. I replaced the blower fuse, ran and tested, the dryer now goes into a cycle, and is working properly. The blower fuse blew on site, and will need to be replaced. Will also need a possible vent cleaning.

Th ice maker is not responsive at all it won?t do anything. I advised they should call Samsung to see if they will warranty the repair on the ice maker. Unit is French door bottom freezer with icemaker in the fridge section. These units are notoriously problematic with making ice. It?s expensive to repair and Samsung has been doing a one time warranty repair.

Replaced door interlock switches and checks ok

FF section was at 68? FZ was at 22? and the FZ evap fam wasn?t running when put in service mode. i took freezer evap cover off to test fan but once it was off i found a massive block of ice in the upper right which indicates a leak so customer is going to get a new appliance. 15? vent cleaning done

Ice maker off apon arrival - ran service mode and passed all checks, customer wants to monitor and see if normal ice production resumes. Recommend replacing ice maker if problem returns. Estimate approx 250 plus tax due on return to replaced icemaker
