H20 error code on site. No kinked hoses, the inlet valve is good, along with good water pressure. H20 error code seems to be intermittent. The pressure sensor was gunked up with sediment and debris, which can give the dishwasher false readings. I would recommend to replace the pressure sensor. I repalced the pressure sensor, ran and tested, and the dishwasher no longer displayed the H20 error code. The dishwasher passed the diagnostic test.

Part of the heating element burnt itself onto the frame, causing an arcing issue with the element. The customer did confirm she thought she seen a flash or spark. The washer won't properly go into a spin cycle. The washer is showing signs that the drive block hub is stripped and will need to be replaced. The agitator is seized up, therefore it's hard to safely remove without causing any damage. The agitator will need to be broken off, removed And replaced to confirm the diagnosis. Had to break the agitator off, but the part that the agitator connects to the shaft is seized on, and won't come off, without potentially ruining the shaft connection.
