I reset the computer to unlock the lid it was stuck in between loads and wouldn?t unlock the lid. This laundry center doesn?t have a cancel button unfortunately so you can?t reset it. I did a rinse and spin to test the unit and it worked fine. The lid switch is working and seems to ok. I added a picture of the model and serial number to Tis invoice in case it stops working again. Then I would say the lid lock needs replacing. I tested it a half dozen times and had no issues.

I replaced the burned up dryer heat at no charge for the part per Andrew since we just did the same repair 19 months ago. Confirmed water flow at filter housing. Solenoid is opening. Checked water bladder and water bladder is frozen. Measured 37 degrees in FF. 1.8 degrees in FZ. Defrosted water bladder. Unit tested good. Raised temp in freezer to 5 degrees to reduce likelihood of recurrence. Advise maintenance old water filters can also cause this due to reduced water pressure in the lines. Filters must be changed regularly.

I replaced the water valve and the ice maker. I ran a full cycle with the ice maker and it worked perfectly! I also let the customer know that it may take 12-24 hours before there is ice.
Ice maker not harvesting and arm isn?t moving to home position. Also there were 17 error codes for no water. I don?t hear the water valve opening in diagnostic so that needs to be replaced too.
