Customer stated that the other day they ran it and there was so much steam coming out of the top part by the door that the whole counter was soaked. I ran a rinse cycle and noting leaks put them I was able to get it in diagnostic mode and it tested all cycles at short intervals and when it was done I pointed out that there was no steam leaking but when I opened the door all the steam came out. Told them if it happens again to record it and to make sure that nothing is stuck between the door and the frame.

Did not replicate issue on site did do a soft reset inform Cx to monitor unit and if it doesn?t come back would recommend to replace igniter complete

Washer worked fine multiple times didn?t see no issues also and Dryer ran in multiple times. Didn?t see no issues. I did recommend contact speed queens to determine if they border covered under the warranty for the washer we would have to replicate the issue for the dryer to see what parts recommend.
