When I got here I talked to tenant and he stated they have used the machine 4 times since yesterday and it completed 3 out of 4 of them. When it didn?t complete it filled and washer but then didn?t drain and rinse but 5hey put it manually on drain and spin and it completed that. I hooked up smart HQ and there r no errors and every tested passed. I then ran a speed wash and it completed the whole things without issues. The tube was half full of water. It had long drain time error code stored in the computer. I disconnected the power wire from the drain pump and plugged it back it. The drain pump worked and it?s draining fine. I filed the washer 6 times and it drained fine. If it happens again I suggest a new lower harness W11643701 and a new drain pump w11259498.
