the error code given was for the evap fan so that was replaces the fort time but the FZ door switch was also broken so that was ordered. when i came to put the door switch in i had to pull the fridge out to u plug it and when i pulled it out i saw that there was a rust spot that went down almost the entire fridge and there was a ball of ice still on the back of it. i let customer know about it and what that meant and they are going to be getting a new appliance.

I had customer flush her toilet she uses all the time multiple times and no water dripped out. I flushed the guest toilet multiple times and we flushed them both at the same time and still no water. I looked over the fridge and there is no issue with it. If it starts again this is a plumbing issue that would appear to be an issue with the water pressure.

I tested all the top burners and found no leaks. I tested them just because I was there although the oven seemed to be the problem. I ran bake for a good 20 min on 350. The electronic ignition is sparking every time and has a nice clean spark. I used my gas probe and tested all around the gas lines and burner. No leaks detected. I also tested around the main valve and no leaks there. I got a small whiff of gas when the stove initially fired up the first time. I also had the door open and it takes about a 1-1.5 seconds for the burner to completely lite. It?s possible it?s an intermittent issue and that if they do smell gas to def give us a call.

customer said ice maker wasn?t working, when i opened freezer it was packed and food had fallen into ice bucket and ice maker was off. i removed some stuff and took cover off then turned ice maker on and pushed door switch. ice maker went into harvest mode and filled w water. ice maker works without issues. i talked to customer about over packing fridge and explain if something triggers that the ice bucket is full it won?t make more ice and talked to her about air flow with a lot of stuff in freezer. did a long run vent cleaning. a lot of helicopters from trees came out along w peanuts so after i cleaned it i went into the basement to unhook part of vent to take a look inn to make sure there wasn?t anything else and i found a couple acorns at the bottom of it so those were removed. venting is clean.

Dishwasher was not draining but pump was running, I unhooked the drain hose on the dishwasher and used by shop van to get it the water but no5ing was coming out so I pulled dishwasher out and unhooked at drain pump and tried that way but hose was clogged. I used my dryer vent attachments and ran it through the line and unclogged it and I did it a few times then vacuumed it all the loose stuff and dishwasher is now draining without issues.

I inspected the drain pump, and found no debri or any objects obstructing the drain pump. The drain pump propellers has a good spring back when manually rotating it. Ran a full quick wash cycle, and the wash stopped at 29 minutes and would no continue. Gave an error for the drain pump, and an error for switch water line...but both are working and correct. The washer need a new wire harness, there is a short in the wiring that controls the drain pump, the wire harness did not correct the issue.

Vibration/ bearing sound on site. The noise the customer pointed out seems to be coming from the motor, since that's where the sound is the loudest. After putting the dryer back together, the noise then went away. Possible issue with the motor. I double checked all componants within the dryer, and tightened every screw. Advised the customer if the noise comes back, and is at its loudest near the front bottom left corner, then it's a motor issue. Did everything I could to ensure it's not a frame vibration issue.

washer has a low fill error code but the washer is filling without issues to start then during cycle board sends voltage to it randomly and the board is reading the cold is attached to the warm and Vice versa but it?s connected right. i also unhooked water lines and the filters are very dirty and would not come out to be cleaned. customer was quoted on board, inlet valve and was also suggested to get stainless braided water lines. customer is going to get a new machine due to repair cost and age of appliance.

I found a pinched wire at the main computer board. It was clamped into the back cover and when the doors were opened and closed it would sometimes shut the entire fridge off. I fixed the wires and I routed them into the plastic holders built into the mother board housing. I tested it and it?s working good now.

Frigidaire dryer not ge. Low heat is cycling between80 & 145 degrees which is normal range. Normal dry cycle is running between 115 & 180 degrees. High heat is cycling between 130 & 205 degrees which is normal. The heat is turning off and on like it should. It?s cycling like it should. Of the dryer was over heating it would blow the thermal fuse and there would be no heat at all. I cleaned out the lint screen with warm soapy water it had a film on the screen from dryer sheets and that will restrict air flow for the dryer.
