This is a gas dryer and it was cycling on and off every 10 seconds and not staying hot enough to dry cloths. I took apart and tested all components and they all tested good so I unhooked venting and it ran without issues. The actual venting was completely clear but on the outside of the house there was a screen over the vent that was full of lint so that was all removed the. customer installed a refurbished board and the oven was still not coming on. lower half of oven was stuck in cabinet so it took a bit to get it out enough to remove board and test terminal block. there is 240VAC going into oven but the 240V is not reaching the board for some reason. i tested multiple part of board to see if i saw 240 coming in and it wasn?t. there had to be an internal short in the wire harness. oven is about 20 years old and customer is going to get a new one.
customer also didn?t know there was tax on trip charge and only had $112 in bank account. when I asked him what he would have done if i fixed it and there was la or he stated he was told there was only the trip fee if it was just a wrong wire somewhere and it was electrical issue

The dishwasher will not advance into a wash cycle. Water is leaking from the wash pump, and the wash pump is unresponsive. I would recommend to replaced the sump assembly due to the water leak.
