Possible recall: wash is not working at all customers email to us - My partner Luann was able to be home during the repairs so she had all the interactions with your technician.I tried using the "repaired" washer today and it failed to work.Here's what happened:I put in a small load of shorts and t-shirts in the washer with the Precision setting selected.After about 45 minutes I noticed that all the lights were out and a lot of water was flushing out.I left it alone without lifting the lid for over 15 minutes and all the lights remained off the whole time.The machine did nothing during this time and when I opened the lid and checked on the clothes they were dripping wet.I tried going through the whole cycle again on the Medium size wash setting.
