Freezer is a large on right next to the fridge. The compressor is not running and the customer had already changed out the start relay and capacitor and it still would not work. We pulled unit out and I tested compressor and it tested good and the relay was getting 120VAC from board. I took relay off of the fridge and put on the freezer to see if it would work and it still didn?t so the windings in the compressor are bad.
Oven is a kitchen aid dual fuel and sometimes they get a F6E0 error which is a communication error and it will tell them to change the UI board. They are able to flip the breaker and the oven will start working again. I turned on to see if error would get thrown for me and it didn?t but I quoted them for labor, UI and main board. They will call us back if they decide to fix.

put washer in diagnostic mode and it ran without issues and there were no error codes. i did a rinse and spin and it ran like it should without any sound. customer out a load in and when it got to agitate it started making a super loud metal on metal sound and during spin. I emptied washer and tried to get the agitate plate off but it would not come off i even tried to soak in hot water for a bit and it was fused into the gear case.
a new gear case along with the suspension rods are needed. Customer is going to get a new washer.

The washer was not leveled on site. The right front leg needed to be raised, to prevent the washer from rocking side to side. The washer seems to stop at 14 minutes and then eventually shoots a 5d error code. The hub was stripped therefore it would not advance into a spin cycle. After replacing the hub, the washer now advances past the 14 minute mark.

The smart HQ diagnostic tool shows there was a draining issue, and a tco issue. The element passed the continuity test, and the drain pump doesn't show any obvious signs of being faulty. The dishwasher eventually drained non stop, confirmed there are no leaks, possible bad pressure sensor switch. After replacing the pressure sensor, the dishwasher stopped draining and went right into a cycle.

Dishwasher was not draining and when I took filter out there was a bunch of white pebble looking things in the filter area. I cleaned it all out and hooked up smart HQ and there was no error code and it would drain just super slow.
