Bad water valve that they got from Amazon. I replaced it with a GE one and the washer is filling and working great now.

Complaint of unit leaking water onto floor through freezer door. Opened freezer and sheet ice present on floor of freezer cabinet. This ice formation is typical of a defrost drain tube blockage. Removed evaporator cover and defrost drain is iced over. Melted ice via steam. Water still not emptying down drain tube. Pulled unit out and removed drain tube from rear of fridge. Flushed tube in sink and sizeable dust/fur debris removed from drain tube. Customer advised this is not a failure of the part and the tube is critical to proper unit operation. Customer agreed to place part back into service so they can continue to use Fridge vs. removing the part to send via Fed Ex as instructed. Defrost drainage is part of normal operation for a fridge/freezer. As Hot/Cold exchange occurs at the evaporator, the warm moist air will condense and cause frost on the evaporator. The defrost element periodically melts this frost off the evaporator and the run off is intended to go down the drain hole/tube into a reservoir underneath the fridge where it then evaporates off of heat from the compressor. When this tube is clogged the Freezer will still continue to defrost. The run off builds and freezes into the drain pan under the evaporator and will eventually run off into the freezer cabinet and onto the floor. Typical defrost is 2-4oz of water and defrost runs typically every 8 hours. This frequency and volume increases when the Fridge/Freezer doors are opened. Once customer drain tube reinstalled it was tested by blasting steam in the opening in the freezer and steam can be seen exiting the front vent of the unit. Reassembled unit. Customer advised to let unit cool for 4 hours before opening doors to keep contents frozen.

Replaced icemaker and inlet assy on refrigerator and ice maker now cycles and fills Checks ok May take up to 24 hours to cycle and temps to equalize

Stove top will need Wiring harness with spark igniter and bake igniter.

Leak appears to be coming from main drain line under sink inside wall Customer would need a plumber

Replace belt tested unit everything working fine

Can't find no faults with washer, ran through service test mode all work good, no error codes stored in computer, ran through quick wash cycle all is working good.

Entire fridge is warm, compressor is cold and making a rattling sound like something is loose inside of it.

Customer unit was reading 2.5 amps on the bake igniter and was taking forever for it to pre heat and hit temperature went ahead and replaced igniter now unit working with in specs complete

Complaint of no bake. Tested power supply measured 246VAC. Confirmed 246 VAC from ACU to bake element when bake is requested. Measured continuity of bake element and element tested open. Replaced bake element. Tested via bake and unit tested good.

Looks like someone replace the door switch but the wire nuts got lose replace 2 wire nuts taped it up and zip tied it to the unit

Replace iicemaker tested ice-maker all good now

Icemaker is wrong part number in the right part number box will reorder and come back. 4/25 correct ice maker eas received and installed

Small burner not working, took range apart and part of the burner had a burn mark on it. Ordering new one and will return Tuesday 245.47 will be due upon return 4/25 installed new burner and all setting are working without issues

Door not closing all the way due to bad bearings and door seal all will need to be replaced to correct frosting problem. Customer will need the following parts, Door seal: DA63-07734A Slide rail R/S: DA97-12025A Slide rail L/S: DA97-12027A

Customer unit would not keep cool when diagnosing unit found that the evap fan was not spinning also also needed 4 firmware updates went ahead and replaced the fan and did the firm ware updates as well inform customer to monitor the unit and if has any other issues don?t be hesitant to give us a call complete

Customer has a partial frost pattern build up in freezer that?s the reason why ice maker is not working and also why the food is not fully frozen customer will have to get in contact with Samsung to get her issue resolved complete it?s a compressor issue

4/21/23 installed machine compartment cover, still no abnormal noise on todays visit. Since it is intermittent may be best to forward a video of noise 4/16/23 Unable to duplicate noise , compressor, condenser fan, evap fan and ice maker all sound normal Will need to catch noise to diag farther Machine compartment cover is missing , recommend replacing to help unit run more efficiently

Refrigerator is completely warm, customer had it unplugged for over 24hrs. It tested compressor and it?s not working correctly. Winding reading were good but the amp draw is not showing what it need to run correctly.

Ran a diagnostic test the cold water was not on turn cold water on now unit is working fine customer will give us a call if anything happens .

Has thermistor error , customer supplied Amazon thermistor and unable to duplicate error Recommending control if code comes back but is NLA and will be unable to repair

Replaced oven temperature control pcb and bake igniter

Replace 2 fans and still didn?t work voltage is getting to fan but yet fan still not work possible wire issue customer will get new unit

If customer calls back will need door switch #

Remove sock from motor now unit is working fine now

Everything seems within specs

Customer haves a cut inside the unit frame this is unrepairable but I added some epoxy told customer this not for ever fix they will need a new one if still leaks .

Replaced the hinges for the door. Here was a leak and found a loose hose clamp underneath.

Installed the new ui for the dispenser. Tested it and it?s working fine now.

Needs a new pump and motor assy. It has no pressure to run the spray arm and is making noises when it?s running.

Defrost board bad and will need to be replaced, customer will replace machine due to age.

Customer unit was collecting water on the bottom cavity due to it not draining properly went ahead and cleaned out the drain hose with steamer and also sticking a cleaner down the hole also went to the back and cleaned out the hosing and made sure it was drain it with in specs complete

Customer filter will not sit in flush causing the water and the ice maker not to work would need all internal parts for filter customer will be reviewing this with wife and follow up with us if wanting to go along with repair

Customer dryer not venting right went ahead and did a dryer clean and a vent cleaning as far as I could go inform customer about to make sure everything is connected right and to contact vent wizard if wanting to make sure the pressure is nice and strong

Customer unit was spitting a 1f error code which is a freezer fan error went ahead and did a soft reset root code went away and fan was spinning went ahead and gave it 20 to 15 min run and was not getting a frost pattern so customer had a bad compressor and will be exploring there options on getting a new one

Blower is stripped from motor Needs motor and blower Estimate approx 400.00 due. No repair at this time

Complaint of no fill. Following stored errors: F6E2 fill valve electrical problem. Put probes on fill valve connector and measured 120 VAC to fill valve. When plugged in valve does not hum or shake. Bad inlet valve. Installed new valve. Tested unit and unit tested good. Left unit on normal wash to clear out unused soap pod. Customer advised to let cycle run to completion before using.

Replaced exhaust thermostat set , pulley and belt as pm Unit checks ok

Replaced infinite Switch for R/F burner ran and tested all is heating and running good.

Installed new timer. Unit tested good. Customer declined belt/pulley maintenance.removed from bill.

Installed a new water dispenser nozzle and micro switch assy. It was leaking all around the nozzle and dripping into the fridge.

Will need heater assembly its getting 120 ac to heater but yet heater is not turning on

Installed new drain hose and verified no leaks Unit was partially removed by contractor with feet cut off to fit in hole Reinstalled as well as possible and left old part with customer

Needs a new motor it?s and it?s going to be $500 to repair.
