FZ was correct temp but FF section was around 60?. I tested compressor and it was good I then took apart the FZ section and the evaporator was completely frosted over. I tested heating element and bi metal and both tested good so a new board was needed. Door was locked and drain pump wouldn?t shut off. I removed and cleaned the filter it wasn?t that dirty. I vacuumed out the drain line it wasn?t clogged. The drain pump kept running and running like the tub was full of water but it was empty. I changed the water pressure sensor and it started working fine afterwards.

When I got the dishwasher was completely unusable and was just flashing and clicking. I installed the new UI control assy and ran a turbo wash for 20min and it ran without issues then drained.
I then tried a heavy wash and it ran without issues.
If the UI starts actin up again customer know he will most likely also need a main board but that that point he is just going to get a new dishwasher
Dishwasher works intermittently and randomly beeps while?s it?s running then the UI flashes (uploaded video) sometimes it works without issues other times it shuts off mid cycle.

The lid lock failed the first initial test, but is now showing that it's passing the test, and working properly. ( It's possible the lid lock is having intermittent issues). FF section was 63? and FZ was 12? when I took stuff out of FZ the evap covered was overhead in frost once 5at was removed the evaporator was covered in frost/ice. Entire evap cover is covered in frost. From the board I che led the defrost heater which is good and the evaporator thermistor which should be reading around 16kohms and I?m only getting 6kohms so that is bad then I pulled hard ou and took a look at the back of it and he of the relays is burned out (pic attached). Installed lower spray arm but it?s the middle spray arm was needed too so that was ordered.
Ticket was closed and middle spray arm will be dropped off on Thursday

It only needed a drain pump. The lid lock was working once all the after was drained from the tub. There was some blanket material wrapped up in the drain pump impeller fan. Ran and tested good after the pump was replaced.
