She?s going to run vinegar through her washer it has hard water staining and residue. The laundry is on the second floor so I could clean the vent all the way. I also checked the blower housing for lint build up it looks good. The fridge thumping I?m not sure about she?s says it?s random. The only thing I could find was all the water lines were loose and flopping around on the back. I taped all the water lines were loose to see if that was causing the thumping when the ice maker calls for water. I cleaned the back vent for the fridge and the condenser coils.

Tested igniter and it has over 3.4 AMPS, temp sensor was at 1100 OHMS which is good and board was giving igniter 120VAC.
i did hi lows and it stayed at correct temp. i opened door for about 30seconds and once closed it got back to temp. customer changed temp a few times to see if it would stay and it did.

All igniters within the oven are still in decent shape with a decent amperage reading. The bottom bake amperage was at 2.8-2.9. tested all settings for both lower and upper bake and the broil. Customer said that when spinning drum would bang around and move alt, I did smart HQ and tested all components and everything works and passed all testes with out issues.there was a firmware update that I installed then ran a quick wash with no cloths in it and it completed without issues then I had customer put cloths in and did a quick wash and there was no banging it completed all cycles without issues.

The out is a little loose in the outlet. It wiggled out from the unit running. I taped the power wire up to the wall to take some of the tension off the power wire so gravity isn?t trying to pull the plug from the outlet.
