Dishwasher was not draining and when I took filter out there was a bunch of white pebble looking things in the filter area. I cleaned it all out and hooked up smart HQ and there was no error code and it would drain just super slow. I took drain like off disposal and that end was cleaned then I uninstalled and I took hose off drain pump and Checked check valve and cleaned that out. I hooked everything back up and tested it multiple times and even showered customer when it was full of water and when it was empty and dishwasher is working without issues.

everything is working without issues and FF was at 37? when i got there. they said they have seen it gone up to 53? on the temp display. while i was there it went into defrost so everything shut off and the temp rises so i believe they might just be looking at the temp at the time of defrost. the board was also making ticking sound when in defrost them when it shut off the was a loud clicking sound which doesn?t seem normal. a new board is being ordered and it?s under warranty.

The dishwasher eventually showed it had a water leak. The inlet valve will need to be replaced. The over igniter is reading an amperage of 2.5 which is low. The oven igniter will need to be replaced. I replaced the inlet water valve, ran and tested, no signs of any water leaks, everything is working properly. I replaced the oven igniter, the oven now heats up properly, and reaches tempature with no issues. No longer cycling on an off.

3 Speed queen dryer one needs card reader they declined repair for dryer but picture of model is updated Other 2 dryer needs vent cleaning weak heat .
3 Speed queen washer -one was a door switch issue all fix other 2 washer needs drain to wall cleaned up pictures updated. I ran diagnostic on all 3 washer working normal now.

unit is a microwave wall oven combo and the microwave will work intermittently when you change the power setting to half of what it should be. i took control panel off and tested transformer while running and it?s getting 120VAC so a mag tub and diode is needed. due to cost, some parts being NLA and appliances being 15 years old customer is going to get new appliance

Unit 90: main wash tub cracked due to over loading and out of balance allowing to run, allowing water to leak not economical to repair suggest replacement.
Unit 14 RF infinite switch bad and hot surface indicator lens bad and will need to be replaced, replaced infinite switch tested all and all is working good taped indicator light back up for temp repaired ordered lens.
10-28-24: Unit 14: Installed hot surface lens ran and tested all and all is lighting and running good.
