customer ice in the freezer was massive chunks and there was frost in the back and on the rails which was preventing it from closing properly and you had to ouch it hard to get it to seal. i put in service mode and everything tested good and sensors were reading temps the way they should.
i talked to customer about door being left open and that could have caused the frost on the rails which prevents it from closing all the way unless you push it and she does have kids so she said it could have been left open and they didn?t realize it. i steamed off the rails and the other frost and door is closing properly. i told customer to keep an eye on it to make sure everything stays working the way it should.

I couldn?t find a leak. I removed and cleaned the float to make sure it wasn?t sticking and causing it to flood. I checked and cleaned the front door seal and it seems ok. Dryer heats but does not dry very well. I took venting off the back and it was almost completely clogged I went outside and there was absolutely no air flow. I took dryer apart and tested all components and everything tested good but the blower house and the lint trap area were also completely clogged and the lint was very dense. I cleaned out the entire inside of the dryer and I was going it do the venting also but it runs under the back porch and comes out on the aide and it sounds like part of the venting came off because you can hear air coming out under the porch and there is not access. Vent wizards did their venting so I to,d them to give them a call to come take a look.

Apt 213: found no rust anywhere on washer, there was nothing in filter either.
I put flashlight in washer and turned drum to see through and to see outer tub and there was nothing on it. It seems that something might have gotten washed with cloths that caused the marks.
Apt 221: washer is draining without issues but the gasket is ripped and a new one is needs. They have a spare washer they are going to take gasket off to use so we will have to come back. This washer is also under a dryer so another tech will be needed due to unit being stacked.

Put fridge ins service mode and ice maker goes through a complete harvest so ice maker is good. ice maker fan comes on and auger works. the Ice maker temp sensor reads 99? that?s why ice is not being made so a new temp sensor is needed. there is also ice build up behind ice maker.
part has been ordered and i?ll be back to defrost and install part
10/24 Ice maker and ice box were removed after steaming ice out. The auger motor assy was frozen in also so that was steamed out hem removed and a new thermistor was installed them everything was put back together and put into service mode. The old thermistor read 99? and the new one was reading 73? I gave it about 15 minutes to make sure it showed temp dropping and when I checked again the em had dropped to 28?
Everything is working without issues.

I did the software update for the dishwasher. It had 6 errors for not draining. I checked the end of the hose to the sink and cleaned it. Went ahead and did a cleaning on the bun when pulling pulsator out a bunch of gunk on the bottom of the tub and underneath the pulsator as well did a manual cleaning then through a afresh in there to clean the tub unit should be operating with in specs if it happens again would recommend Cx pulsator to get replaced and cap
