Display to main board communication error. I have voltages to the display at this time. I reset the main board. I have 8 flashes on the main board led. According to lg there?s. Not a good way to test this and both the display and the board should be replaced to make certain to fix this problem. Only one showing at marcone warehouse scheduled for wed 9/27 it may need to be rescheduled if the part doesn?t come in. I told the customer we will call him. I installed the new board and the user interface. All operations on the fridge started working as normal. 12 hrs for the fridge to get cold 24-72 hrs for the ice maker to work.

The washer won't go into a cycle on site, and there is a scaping noise coming from underneath the washer. The motor stator was scraping the the motor rotor magnets causeing damage. Both will need to be replaced. Lots of oil accumulated on the floor under the washer, along with oil splatter all over the inner bottom frame. Do to all the oil lost from the gear case, I would also have to recommend that gets replaced also.

Customer states the dishwasher gave an E15 error code, which indicates the leakage sensor has been activated. There was some water on the leak sensor tray. I removed all the water and got everything nice and dry. Ran and tested the dishwasher and could not find any leaks from any of the componants underneath. The garbage disposal where the drain hose is connected to was gunked up, which could sometimes restrict all the water from being drained out, causeing an overflow when more water is added. I advised the customer to call back if the issue happens again.

Needs a drain pump for the washer there was all kinds of hair and cotton polyester pillow like material all waded up the he drain pump filter and the fan blades. The dish washer needs a ui she?s going to check with the land lord to see if hey pay for the repair. The garbage disposal is seized up. And needs replacing. UI pn# AGL75172632 ok to fix ui it?s on order 9/12/24 The user interface was replaced and I tested the dishwasher. It is working great now!
