The dryer will not go into cycle on site. The thermal cut off fuse did not pass the continuity test, it will need to be replaced. The thermistor was reading higher then normal, and will need to be replaced. The dryer vent is clear and not clogged, no restrictions of airflow. Replaced the fuse, ran and tested for 10 minutes to monitor the heat range average. (140?- 220?). The dryer is now working properly.

Washer: when you put the coins in the slider gets stuck and you have to pull it hard to get it back out. I took it apart and there was a screw that had come loose and was hanging dow and catching on the plastic part the coins drop into so I tightened the screw and it?s sitting where it should and it?s now sliding in and out without any issues
Dryer: dryer was heating up to 195? took apart and the lint trap was completely full of lint so that was cleaned. Tested all sensors and element and everything is good. Let customer know they should also get venting cleaned.

The dryer is stacked on top of the washer. I had to run to the Home Depot and get the right length gas line. I swapped the 48? hose for he 60? hose. I need an adaptor for the gas line to fit the dryer fitting. I sealed all of the fittings for the gas line. I ran a new dryer hose that the customer had. I ran and tested the dryer. It?s heating and workin well. The box store never tested the washer. I ran it to make sure it worked and that it wasn?t leaking. The support brackets weren?t installed on the back of the washer so I put those on to connect the dryer to the washer so it doesn?t fall down.

When using water dispenser interior lights will randomly shut off. Was not able to recreate issue but there is a service bulletin about it and fridge needs a new board. Customer is going to decide if they want to fix this or get a new one and will let us know by end of day if they want it fixed. Part number will be in notes
