FF section was at 52? FZ was at 13? condenser fan was not running when I got there and compressor was hot. I put in service mode and everything tested good even condenser fan came on. After service mode condenser fan was working again and getting 120 from board. I took freezer apart and tested components in there and they were good and the frost pattern was good. It seems to be an intermittent issue w condenser fan motor. Since it?s working now customer is going to wait and see if it continues to work but also is going it look around for new fridge due to this one being 14 years old.

Put dishwasher in service mode and it?s giving a 4-3 error code which is the motor. When I tried to run it the water goes in then all it does is making a clicking sound until it drains and fill again motor is not turning on so a new sump is needed and has been ordered.

The washer completes and ends the cycle randomly. The washer also won't go into a a spin cycle. Got an F3 locked rotor monitor error code. The drum will rotate for a couple seconds and then stop, and repeat. No damaged connections, and no seized up motor, I would recommend to replace the main board.

Customer stated they were getting an HE error code. They also recently just had there dryer vents cleaned out. All fuses and the element check out to be good. No signs of any lint clogs that can cause an airflow restriction. I monitored the tempatures for 10 minutes, the dryer is giving a fluctuating average of 120-170 degrees. Everything is working properly onsite. Advised not to overload the dryer, and to call back if the issue happens again.
