The washer won't let water in. When starting a cycle, water inlet is making a puddering noise. I cleaned the filters and still got the same result. The water pressure is good. I would recommend to replace the water inlet valve. I also ran a spin cycle, to confirm the timer is advancing properly. Timer in NLA.

The washer was making a noise while agitating. The noise was coming from the teeth of the splutch grinding. The washer was still making the noise when both a new cam and actuator were tested individually, so both the cam and actuator needed to be replaced. After replacing the parts the washer was tested and then calibrated. No further issues were seen.
