Dishwasher would not drain even on force drain so I vacuumed out the water from the inside then unhooked drain hose from pipe and used my shop vacuum to cleaned that out and there had been a clog in it so after that was removed I ran dishwasher again and it drained. I used my venting pieces to stick them in the drain hose to make sure it was free of anything and ran again and it?s not draining without issues.
also took a look at cooktop that wasn?t igniting correctly that we were out for in November so it was still under 90 days. the electrode had come loose so i took burner cap off and the screw was not in so i screwed in best i cook and its not lighting without issues. i gave customer a work around to use if it keeps happening

Washer had an unbalanced error and a pressure sensor error code when in smart hq and customer stated that when she uses it that it throws an H20 error. While in smart hq I ran a pressure sensor test and after 2 min of water coming in there was no water in the tub so I check3d drain line and it runs along the flood down into the sump of the house. I talked to customer and let her know that if the drain hose doesn?t have a high loop water will not stay in the up and as it comes in it will just drain out and she stated she has never actually seen water in the tub when she comes to check on cloths they are just wet. Told her she has 90 days for service call and to get the drain hose into a high loop and if it is still having issues we can come back out to diagnose but there is nothing I am able to do since no water will stay in the tub which is most likely going to be the only reason it is not working.

Washer is spinning but customer thinks cloths are damper than normal. I did a spin on what was in the washer but the fabric was a weird type that you could really tell if it was wet or not. I put towels and a rob in and did rinse and spin and it spins without issues and the belt looks great. What I did notice is that the drain hose goes straight up about 9? and when the spin cycle stops you can hear all the water come back down into the tub so it seems like the very bottom of the cloths in the washer might be getting slight damper. Tested all components and all are checking good, ran dryer with and without vent attached with vent temps are 220? high side and 145?low side without vent temperatures are running 30?cooler on high and low side. Customer will replace vent. All is operating normal.

Both hot and cold water lines have good water pressure and are connected in the corrects spots. Ran a diagnostic test and the washer went through with no problem, and displayed no error codes. Ran a full quick wash cycle, the washer completed the cycle with no error codes. Advised to call back if the issue happens again, and to take a picture of the error code.

dryer is 19 year old and runs without issues but after being on for about 10min the motor starts to get loud and you can start to hear the bearings grinding. Customer is going to use till it breaks then get a new one.
