Gas dryer was not heating well according to customer, I watched and made sure the igniter wired and cycled the way it should and it did then I tests all components and everything tested good. I also installed a maintenance kit of 2 rollers, belt and idler pulley. I vacuumed out inside of dryer then took the back off and cleaned out the into housing and blower wheel

Kitchen aid Fridge: FF section is cold at the bottom and warm at the top. Put in service mode and everything tested good. This is a known issue with these fridges. It needs a new evap cover assy and a main board (parts # in notes) you also need 2 people because you have to take doors off and everything out of inside and to get doors back on a second person is needed. Whirlpool has sometimes been covering these issues so customer is going to call them and see if they can get it covered.
Samsung fridge: Evap cover was completely frozen over in the FF section so while I looked stuff up for other fridge I set y steamer in the FF section aimed behind evap cover and let it sit steaming it out for about 30min and I was then able to get cover off. There was ice build up all around fan and under evaporator n drip pan so all ice was removed and the evap fan still worked so a new drainage kit was installed and everything is working without issues.

Freezer has ice build up on ceiling and cover of evaporator. The FF section has ice build up all around damper. The gasket on the FZ had multiple spots that it?s not sealing and has big gaps in it but customer stated he just replaced it like 2 weeks ago. He also has replaced FZ evap fan.
I put in service mode and everything is working without issues. The main issue seems to be the gasket not sealing correctly. I was going to tatam out all the ice but customer decided he is just going to unplug the Fridge and let it defrost it on his own and he was going to try and return the gasket he got and get another one. I let him know the trip charge is good for 90 days so if he does all that and it?s still not working correctly we can come back out and take another look at it and there would only be parts and labor within that 90 day period. If he decides to have us order part the number is in notes and it would just be a drop off as he will install himself.

The motor is humming and overheating on site. The agitator dogs are worn out. The timer is only working for certain settings. I would recommend all 3 parts be replaced for the washer to work properly. Dryer vent was off on back of dryer reattached, tested all connections for gas leaks ran dryer tested inside dryer for gas no gas detected with gas meter, all is running good.
