The bake was not working on the oven so when I tested the igniter it was only pulling 2.5 amps which is not enough to ignite so a new igniter was installed and it?s pulling over 3 amps and the oven is heating without issues.

The dryer vent was disconnected on both ends, from the dryer, and going outside. I reinforced the connection going outside with dryer vent tape, and I removed the elbow from the dryer, and tightened the dryer vent directly to the dryer. Since the dryer has small lip to connect to, the elbow just would not work properly to keep it secure. Both ends are now correctly connected and working properly.

Front load washer had an F9E1 error code which indicated a long drain or issue draining. While in service mode it went through all cycles without issues including draining. Ran a quick wash and that error code did not show but the SUD error came up. Washer was taken apart and filter was full of stuff so that was cleaned out, the hose the detergent comes in was cleaned and the ends of the drain line which seemed clogged.
Everything was put back together and a quick wash was ran and it went thru the entire cycle without issues

Took dryer apart and tested all components and everything test good venting and blower wheel assy are clean. Even tho the cycling thermostat tested good the only other issue that it could be is when the dryer is running the thermostat is keeping the heat on to long.
Customer decided to just get a new dryer as this is 24 years old

Weak draining on site. The drain filter was clogged. I cleaned the drain filter, ran and tested, the washer now drains and is working properly.

Unit has multiple issues - unit has frozen ff defrost drain and ice built up into evap fan would recommend ff cover assy, sensor and defrost drain upgrade kit.
Also ice bucket is frozen in place and not making ice would need ice maker kit as well.
Approx 450.00 plus tax and shipping would be due to repair drain / cover issue
Recommend customer contact Samsung as there may be coverage on ice maker issue.
Estimate approx an additional 370.00 plus tax and shipping would be due to repair ice maker.
Turned water off to unit as customer is going away on vacation, they will call if any repairs are to be made.

Range cleaned grease from Ui / keypad and seems to work better - if acts up again will need new keypad estimate approx 440.00 plus tax would be due
