The one dryer had a blown thermal fuse and they had one so I replaced it. The other two dryers won?t start and just flash I started to trouble shoot them but ran out of time. The vibrating dryer had a sock and a dryer sheet in the blower fan that was causing it to shake so bad. The washer had a water temp error. It seems like the warm cold and hot water are working fine. I ran a test cycle and had no issues. I was told they had a ton of plumbing work done last week and there was issues with air in the lines. So this could?ve def affected this unit since it?s the farthest away from the main line. I need to go back and do vent cleaning and check out the other dryer for no start. 2 dryers left to look at and the 4 vent cleanings on the first floor.

Unit has heat on site. Ran the dryer for 15 minutes to see if the gas valves solenoids are faulty, but the dryer maintained its heat throughout the cycle. All fuses passed the continuity test. The dryer vent is clean, and not the issue. Ran another 20 minute time dry cycle with steady heat. Also noticed that the control board doesn't always respond properly. Advised to try running a longer time cycle, 1hr+. Advised to call back if the issue happens again.

Dryer was stacked. I took it apart and found the belt tensioner pulley had come apart, and damaged the belt. I replaced these parts and tested. The owner also complained of sparks coming from around the door. The only thing that could spark around the sore are the drum light and the door switch. I checked both and I also checked the wiring. Both are working as designed. I didn?t notice any burnt or damaged wires. Everything on the dryer is working well.

Checked behind the control board, and there are no signs of faulty wires or electrical damage that can cause a burning smell. Everything underneath the washer also checks out fine. the washer is filling, agitating, spinning and draining as it should, with no signs that the timer is faulty. No signs of a burning smell on site. The agitator wash dogs are worn down, and will need to be replaced for the agitator to work as it should. The dryer has no power on site., but the outlet has the correct voltage. When pressing the power button, you can hear buzzing from the main board relays, and then an electrical smell when holding the power button too long. All fuses passed the continuity test. The dryer will need a new main board.

The dryer is running when the power is off. The relay switch on the main board is stuck. I was able to tap the relay switch to get it to temporarily work properly. But the dryer will need a new main board. The customer will weigh his options.

Checked every component on oven all is checking good on pre heat with burner on the amp draw spikes to 43amps if breaker is week it could trip. Have an electrician look at breaker.

Vent was plugged directly below dryer in flex section - replaced small section of flex. Sent vent brush through remaining ridged section.
Crawl space vent had been disconnected and multiple sections of venting laying on ground for some time as there is a lot of lint all over everything - cleaned vent and reattached venting in crawl space as well.
