Washer would turn on and light up so I unplugged it for a few min and plugged it back in and it reset the board and it started workin without issues.

The washer would not drain on site. Seems there was a loose wire connection to the drain pump. Checked the wires for damage but could not find any damaged wires. When the washer drains, it will intermittently stop at ramdom times. The washer is now working, but would reccomend a new wire harness if the issue continues. I replaced the wire harness, ran and tested, the washer now drains and is working properly.

Washer is dispensing detergent but there ar always lots of suds. The filter had not been cleaned in over 9 years and this machine is from 2006. The front half of the filter was clogged and is what could be causing all the suds from not draining properly. The dispenser is. Lean of old soap or anything along those lines. I let customer know that due to age there could be a lot of soap residue and build upon the lines and on the tub which could be causing it also. I did run an empty load after I cleaned the filter out and there didn?t appear to be to many suds. Also talked to her about using a smaller amount of the he detergent

E09 code hater element but dishes coming out dry they said. I had no codes on the dishwasher. I ran it for 20 min and the water still seemed Luke warm. The water needs to warm up to melt the pod. I explained this unit uses a heat pump vs a heater element. The whole pump would need to be replaced. Here going to run it a few more times to see if they get the error and if the dishes dry. Burning electrical smell on site when using the oven. A connection to the bottom relay bored was loose and deteriated. I was able to see the wire spark when turning on the oven, which is the clear source of the smell. I repaired the wire and added a new connector. I ran the oven on conventional bake, bake, and on broil with no more signs of the smell. The oven is working properly. Advised if the same issue happens again, they would need a new relay board.

The heating element failed the continuity test, the heating element will need to be replaced. I replaced the heating element, ran and tested, the dryer now has heat and is working properly.
