I found the belt was burned up and the pulley was seized to the shaft and not spinning. I replaced these parts. I also cleaned and lubed the drum rollers. I replaced the blower wheel it had a crack in the plastic and was very loose on the motor shaft. I put the parts that were taken off by the customer back on the unit. Ran and tested for 20 min and no issues. The dryer starts right up and spins. The heat is good too.

It had a door switch and float switch error code stored in the unit. It also had the heater error code which reset when I ran diagnostics. The heater is workin well. THe dishwasher is working I ran and tested it for quite a while, if it happens again we should order a door switch and a float switch when we come back out. WPW10653840 and WPW10195039 just in case. Side note the user interface was acting a little wonky just before I was about to leave. The control lock was on and flashing I had to hold the button down for 3 second to shit it off. I never turned on the control lock while operating the unit.

DRYER: The dryer has good heat and is working properly. Only issue was that there was hair on the sensor. Advised to check the sensor for any hair stuck to it when the dryer doesn't seem to dry accurately.
WASHER: Ran the washer two times to test that it's working as it should and draining properly. The washer fully drained both time and is working good. Advised to check the filter every 1-3 months since they have multiple animals in the house hold.

Door is locked on site, the washer seems to be in a flood safe mode, since you can hear the drain pump continuously running. I let the washer finish it's flood safe mode, and the door unlocked when finished. I ran and tested the unit, everything seems to be working fine with no error codes. Advised customer to use less detergent, since the problem occurred from the washer creating lots of suds.
