The fridge section drain hose was clogged and it wasn?t draining after defrost. The bottom of the fridge section was all ice. I cleaned all that out. I removed the cover off the back of the fridge. I removed the drain tube . I defrosted the drain tube for both the fridge and freezer. I found that some slime and grime came out. I also had a spider and its nest come out when I was cleaning it.

No power on site. I checked the main and control boards for any electrical damage, both looked fine. I then checked to see if all the wire connection were tight and secure. The washer eventually randomly started to have power and work again. After running a full rinse and spin cycle, the washer completed the cycle, but would not turn on again. The washer seems to reset itself when I remove the relay connections and then reconnect them again. While the washer did have power, I was able to hear the relay click, and see the washer loose power again. The main board is faulty and will need to be replaced.

E21 error was showing when I got there and there was water sitting in the drum. I got the water out of the drum then cleaned the filter out and there was a lot of suds. I turned machine off then back on and did a rinse and spin and it did everything it should have done then I did spin only and t worked without issues. I then put it on a quick wash and it went thru and completely the entire cycle start to finish without any error codes.
From what Donovan said about what was going on with it it sounds like it could be a board issue but everything was working fine today so no parts were replaced but they do have boards on hand if needed in the future.

I could see any significant signs of water leaking I did a normal wash cycle and then a normal with deep fill. I had a few drops on the ground probably from the lid being open. They said they had a puddle and need two bath towels to clean it up. The water on the ground I say could?ve been cleaned with a paper towel. I checked the pressure sensor. and it?s good no leaks and not over filling. Not sure what leaking but there is nothing obvious. If it leaks over night not being used it?s going to need a water valve. 5/23 black flakes were still showing up in washer. I was had to soak the agitator in hot water for over 20min and move it around in order to get it out but I was able to and it had black stuff all inside and on the post so I cleaned it all off and while I was doing that was filled the washer back up to get all the loose stuff off then I drained it and used my shop vac to get remainder of stuff. Before I left I put vinegar in with hot water on deep fill and told customer to let it do one more complete cycle before using it.

Dryer venting had one of the grate things covering it and it was completely full of lint and had bad airflow. Venting was about 15? high outside but I was able to clean it from the snide I also put new venting on due to the one that had being 10 years old. The grate came off while cleaning and I was not able to put it on because of the height but there is still the venting cover and the flap that only opens when the dryer is running.
