The dryer vent was disconnected on both ends, from the dryer, and going outside. I reinforced the connection going outside with dryer vent tape, and I removed the elbow from the dryer, and tightened the dryer vent directly to the dryer. Since the dryer has small lip to connect to, the elbow just would not work properly to keep it secure. Both ends are now correctly connected and working properly.

Front load washer had an F9E1 error code which indicated a long drain or issue draining. While in service mode it went through all cycles without issues including draining. Ran a quick wash and that error code did not show but the SUD error came up. Washer was taken apart and filter was full of stuff so that was cleaned out, the hose the detergent comes in was cleaned and the ends of the drain line which seemed clogged.

The dishwasher was covered in slime when I got there, I took the spray arms off, the filter off and the screen off and scrubbed the inside of the washer where those parts go the. Cleaned each part individually and put it all back together. I took the turbidity sensor out and cleaned that alone with the hole it does into which was covered in stuff. I cleaned the drain hose and the connection at the garbage disposal. Before I left I put an afresh cleaning pod in there and told the customers once that is done then to run a. Load with vinegar in a bowl on the top shelf then cover the bottom of the dishwasher with baking soda and run another load.

The dishwasher is displaying the ICO error code on site. This is an indication that they're is a problem with the electronic control system. The dishwasher is getting the correct power voltage. The dishwasher will need a new electronic control board. Water underneath the dishwasher on site. Unable to determine where the water may be coming from since the dishwasher is unresponsive. I replaced the user interface board, ran and tested, the dishwasher is no longer displaying the error code and is running properly.

Over the weekend the FF section got up to almost 50? and FZ was around 25?. Today the FF is at 38? and FZ is at 5?. I took off cover for board and one of the diodes are burned so a new board is needed. Fridge is 15 years old so customer is most likely going to get a new one but part number will be in notes if they decide to do repair.

The unit fills and drains after 5 seconds. It needs a new case break. It also has a leak from the front door. Looks like it?s going to need a new bottom door gasket. Pushing $500 to repair. Customer is going to look at new units.

Unit 208: capacitor shorting out and caused wiring harness and motor to burn due to safety and cost of repair suggested replace unit.
Unit 909: fire inside of dryer burnt wiring harness and blower housing not economical to repair suggest replacement. See attached photos
