Range, 20 year old gas and the seal around left front burner was coming out from under burner I was able to get the burners off and it was just pushed out from built up grease so I cleaned that burner off along with the other and customer had me swap back burner parts with front because it was in better shape. Everything fits right and is working without issues.
Washer is very loud and tub moves around when in use. When you push on agitator it should bounce right back up without any extra sling but it bounces around in all directions, new suspension rods are needed and being ordered.

W11395639 FF evap cover and fans main fan for the fridge section isnt coming on. I took all the shelves out of the fridge so that I could access the evap fan housing. I removed this part and installed the new one. Something looks like it burned up inside the fridged at some point there was black like soot marks on the back wall of the fridge. Reassembled and plugged it back in the evap fan for the ff section of the fridge is working now. It may take up to 12 hrs for it to reach the proper temperature.

The washer passed the diagnostic test, and enters the spin cycle with no issues. Customer states the washer stops at the 6 minute mark and just beeps. I couldn?t find any leak with the washer. I tried a normal cycle and rinse and spin. The only sign of water leak is at the soap dispenser drawer. I found they?re using tide free and clear non HE soap. That?s the only thing I could see that could potentially cause the washer to leak. All the hoses look good I tightened them at the wall and the washer. I pulled the back off and looked for leaks no signs of water anywhere underneath and in the back.

This is an original Maytag laundry center. The washer is not getting cold water and they also have to trick the board into getting water in the machine at all. Speed queen front load washer was not draining around the boot. The holes were clogged with dog hair. I was able to clean them out and cleaned around the boot then cleaned the filter out. Ran a quick wash and it was draining without issues.

The dryer has heat on site. Ran a 30 min cycle with no signs of any issues. Temaptures have a steady range from 120 to 212 degrees. Everything is working as it should on site, advised the customer to call back if the same issue happens again.

Dishwasher runs and drains without issues. Wash motor seems to work good but there is an excess an out of food inside of tub and stuck in the spray arms. Drain time does go through a hole in the floor and run along the base to ceiling is about 5? long going into a pipe down there with no high loop. Let customer know she should redo her drain line. She is going to get a new dishwasher since this one is 11 years old and get her drain line redone.
