Not able to use the oven because it keeps calling for the meat probe tempature, and nothing happens when ya enter the tempature. Tried doing a hard reset, and that did not correct the issue. Tried cleaning the meat probe connection, and drying it out, but it's not correcting the issue. The Jack probe will need to be replaced. I replaced the Jack probe, the oven no longer ask for the probe temp, and let's you choose the bake options now.

Freezer showed power light flashing and door open flashing, fan was not running and there was no frost on evaporator. I unplugged to test compressor that tested good and once I plugged it back in the freezer came back on, fan came back on, the door open light went off but the power failure light stayed on. When you open door you can hear a relay on board clicking, the light flashes on and off and the fan pulsates. A new board is being ordered

Washer door is locked on site. Manually unlocked the door. The filter was clear of debris, but it's damaged. I removed a quarter from the drain pump, but still seems to work and drain water. Got a f03- Eo1 error code. (Water pressure sensor). Cleaned and inspected the water pressure tubing with the vacume. No longer getting the error code. The drain pump is not working all the time, would not drain when running a quick wash cycle, just was humming, and trying to drain. The drain pump is faulty and will need to be replaced. The one dryer had a blown thermal fuse and they had one so I replaced it. The other two dryers won?t start and just flash I started to trouble shoot them but ran out of time. The vibrating dryer had a sock and a dryer sheet in the blower fan that was causing it to shake so bad. The washer had a water temp error. It seems like the warm cold and hot water are working fine. I ran a test cycle and had no issues. I was told they had a ton of plumbing work done last week and there was issues with air in the lines. So this could?ve def affected this unit since it?s the farthest away from the main line. I need to go back and do vent cleaning and check out the other dryer for no start. 2 dryers left to look at and the 4 vent cleanings on the first floor.

Not able to see the F1E3 error code on site. Customer stated it's an intermittent issue. Checked all wiring connections related to the error code. This error code is more related to a control board issue..also seen some charing on the far right burning infinite switch, which will need to be replaced. I replaced the switch, it just now needs and updated knob.

The dryer would not go into a cycle on site. The door switch was damaged. I replaced the door switch. The dryer was making a lot of noise, the supporter wheels were damaged. Repaired with the maintenance kit. The dryer now turns on and runs properly. The dryer vent is clear of lint with a good air flow.

Oven wasn?t keeping temp, when set at 350? it was sitting at around 325?. The element tested good and it?s receiving 230VAC from the board
The oven was calibrated and appears to be holding temp. Let customer know that if it starts happening again a new board is needed and that within 90 days trip charge and labor are already paid for they will only have to pay for board. Part number will be in notes.

Unit has heat on site. Ran the dryer for 15 minutes to see if the gas valves solenoids are faulty, but the dryer maintained its heat throughout the cycle. All fuses passed the continuity test. The dryer vent is clean, and not the issue. Ran another 20 minute time dry cycle with steady heat. Also noticed that the control board doesn't always respond properly. Advised to try running a longer time cycle, 1hr+. Advised to call back if the issue happens again.
