The washer/dryer door is locked on site. When turning the washer/dryer on, it doesn't let you choose any option, just beeps, and then turns off by itself. A hard reset fixed that issue. The washer passed all diagnostic test. The dryer heat will not go passed 86 degrees. There was a clogg in the condenser area. I removed the clogg and cleaned the condenser coils. Advised to call back if the issue happens again.
