Customer states the dishwasher gave an E15 error code, which indicates the leakage sensor has been activated. There was some water on the leak sensor tray. I removed all the water and got everything nice and dry. Ran and tested the dishwasher and could not find any leaks from any of the componants underneath. The garbage disposal where the drain hose is connected to was gunked up, which could sometimes restrict all the water from being drained out, causeing an overflow when more water is added. I advised the customer to call back if the issue happens again.

I ran and tested the ice maker it is not leaking at all. I took the door off and the bottom drawer. I noticed the drain hole was frozen over. I used my steamer to defrost the drain hole, and I cleaned out the hair slime and grime out of the drain tube. When the fridge defrosts it wasn?t draining and the water was leaking down the front and to the bottom of the freezer. I cleaned out all the ice in the bottom as well.

customer said that after she had unloaded dishwasher while later she notice a smell coming from it and when she opened it she went to take the lower rack out and burned her hand bet it was so hot. she noticed the lower spray arm had come apart and the bottom metal part was sitting on the heating element. a lower spray arm and element are needed but due to appliance being 15 years old customer is just going to get a new one.

Noticed on site that there was water in the water sensor tray. I removed the water and dried all components. I leveled the dishwasher so that the water isn't favoring the front of the door. I ran a wash cycle and did not see any signs of a water leak. The customer also wanted the dryer vent cleaned. The vent is now cleared of any lint build up.
