Auger was not working, used steamed and took about 3 min to defrost and was able to get it working again. Customer also needs an inlet valve but is going to talk to wife about getting that done or not. Water works just keeps coming out for about 10 seconds once you stop. Part number will be in notes.
I was going to take ice box out and test heater but customer thinks that auger froze over due to house losing power and ice melting then refreezing so he just wanted me to steam it out.

Deli drawer was freezing and FF section was getting warm. Hooked up smart HQ and ran a diagnostic and the error codes were for the FF evap fan and when I tested dans all of them worked but that one and everything else worked without issues. A new evap fan was Installed and the drain pan was defrosted because it was iced over. There was also a firmware update that was done. Everything is working without issues.
Customer thought FZ evap fan wasn?t working but it currently is. Part number will be in notes incase it stops working and needs to be ordered.

I replaced the bake igniter it was dead not getting hot at all.i tightened the door handle on the oven and the cover for the convection fan. The screws were loose. I Ran and tested to temp no problem. I checked the vent it?s good now issues.

The washer won't go into a spin cycle. The hub is stripped and will need to be replaced. I replaced the hub, ran and tested. The washer now goes into a spin cycle and works properly.

Ran a wash cycle on site, the washer then gave an ND error code no drain. Inspected the drain pump, the propeller felt normal, and did not find anything obstructing the drain pump. The customer will weigh there options out due to the price.

Evaporator was covered in frost/ice and was causing fan blades to make noise from hitting the ice. Bi metal and heater had continuity so a board is needed. Freezer was defrosted and I?ll be back to installed board
2/29 installed new board and LED light module and everything is working without issues.
