The washer won't go into cycle. The compacitor is blown with grey liquid nearby. The compacitor will need to be replaced. The dryer suppoter wheels are damaged and will need to be replaced. I replaced the compacitor, ran and tested, the washer now goes into cycle and works properly. I repaired the damaged support wheels with the maintenance kit, ran and tested the dryer no longer makes the noise and runs properly.

Customer stated water dispenser was dripping and a few days ago he notice certain food defrosting in the freezer but certain foods were still frozen. He removed all the food and put a container of water in there and it froze. Current FZ temp is 0? and FF is at 39?. Ice maker is full of ice. Tested all components in smart HQ and everything is testing good.
Checked cycle history and everything looks good. Tested defrost heater and it?s pulling 1.8 amps. No update to fridge.
Let customer know to keep an eye on it and he has 90 days if something else happens.
Dryer vent is very long and goes under ceilings in different parts of basement and there is no way to tell where it goes so he is going to call vent wizards

I vacuumed all the water out of the tub and checked the filter. It was packed with dog hair some plastic pieces and some wires from a bra. I put it back together and it still wouldn?t drain. I could hear the drain pump running and nothing coming out. I ran my vac on the hoses. The drain hose out the back is free and clear. I want getting much out of the bottom tub hose. I removed the hose and cleaned out the check ball. I reached up inside the tube and found there to be a sock packed up in there.

I got there and there was still water in the tub. I set it to drain and spin and it drained the water out and spun. I checked diagnostic mode and the only code it had was f0 e3 which is an over load or too heavy of a load. I cleared the code and ran a test cycle. I also ran a recalibration of the washer. It worked fine while I was there. I told the customer if it happens again I can check for new codes. I also checked the shock absorbers they seem to be fine and the tub didn?t bottom out.

The dryer has power, but won't go into a cycle on site. The dryer blower thermastat fuse did not pass the continuity test. The blower thermostat will need to be replaced. I replaced the fuse, ran and tested, the dryer now goes into a cycle and works properly.

Standing water on site. The drain pump seemed delayed, and sounds as if it is struggling to start, but eventually drains the water out. Drain pump could have intermittent issues, and would need to be replaced, since the washer doesn't always drain.

Front load LG had a leak so I took the top off and noticed that the hot water valve was leaking even when not in use so a new one was installed along with new stainless braided water lines.
A diagnostic was ran and there it is not leaking anymore and running without issues.
