The washer won't drain on site. When testing on the spin cycle, I can visually see that the inner tub is warped, and is making noises. The rubber boot seal on the bottoms of the outer drum has a needle pin sticking out of it. The filter had debris like sand and tiny rockers within it. The main board also had some inner burn marks. The customer will look into getting a new washing machine.
