The wiring harness was no longer clipped to the bottom of the basket. It had ripped the wires out of a connector for the tps sensor. I found some clothing wrapped up in the belt pulley that probably had something to do with the wires being ripped out. I replaced the broken wires with new connections. I ran and tested the washer it seems to be working fine. It may need a new wiring harness if the problem comes up again. See attachments. Harness is $180.00 plus another $80 for labor and taxes.

F7E5 error code shifter fault. F7E6 motor fault F5E1 lid switch faullt. The lid switch is working correctly. I Replaced the shift actuator and it did not fix the issue. I was able to visually see the washer turn off during the spin mode then turn back on, and then the washer would not finish the spin mode, and just continue to keep going back into the spin cycle continuously. The washer will need a new main board.
