The ice tray was filled to the very top with ice on site, preventing the ice tray from going into a full harvest cycle. I removed the ice with the steamer, ran and tested, the ice maker passed the harvest and water fill test. The ice tray has calcium build up on the bottom, which can prevent ice from dropping properly. I would recommend to replace the ice maker, since the issue will more then likely happen again.
