The upper drawer slid in the freezer is broken so that was ordered but customer wants to try and install so the part will get dropped off when we get it in.

Water near the washers floor on site. I dried the floor, ran and tested the washer through multiple cycles, with no signs of a leaks coming from the washer. Washer had error code F8E4 error code when I arrived. I took kick Kaye off and there was water sitting in the tray under it which set float-switch off. I unconnected and cleaned all the water out and dried off float assy then put back together and ran service mode and there was no more errors and n5ing leaking. I think did an express wash for awhile and nothing leaked. I drained then did heavy duty wash and there was still no leaking.

FZ is leaking into FF section. I took evap cover off and there is no ice build up but this is an old fridge and the drain line runs into FF and out the back and down the outside of the back of fridge. At one point there must have been an ice build up and went around drain in FF and there is now a small hole around the drain in the ceiling of the fridge which causes water to drip when it does into defrost. The hold id not fixable so customer is just going to deal with it for now

The dishwasher seems to be working good. She said the unit wouldn?t drain and was full of dirty water. I tried the dishwasher on two rinse cycles and it drained fine. I did put a hose clamp on the drain line to the sink drain. I ran a Normal cycle and it got half way through before I canceled and drained it. The other complaint is the dishwasher is noisy. It?s an older style ge with an electric motor. The shift mechanism is spring loaded and loud. That?s kinda normal for that unit. The legs are pulled off the dishwasher so when it shifts the solenoid and bracket is touching the floor. This is make the noise resonate and sound louder.
